Running more than 10 properties, or managing for other owners?
Hosting is entirely optional. It's priced per property and billed separately, and it's never bundled into a plan — you add it only to the properties that take guests, and pay nothing for the ones that don't.

Questions people ask before choosing
Can I try Structure before paying?
Two ways. The free plan has no time limit and no card — one property, with your forecast and Property Health Report included. Or start any paid plan with a 14-day free trial.
What's the difference between the free plan and the trial?
The free plan is a permanent home for one property, with smaller limits. The trial is a paid plan in full for 14 days, so you can use the higher limits and the team features before deciding.
What if I need more properties than my plan covers?
You can move up a tier at any time from your account. If you're not sure which one fits, start a conversation with us and we'll work it out with you.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction, from your account. What you'll be charged for a mid-cycle change is shown before you confirm it.
What's a Mason credit?
One question or action. Asking what size filter your furnace takes, having Mason log a service record, or getting a typical cost range each use one credit. Your allowance refreshes every month.
I only have one rental I host. What do I need?
Family plus the hosting add-on — $165 plus $144 a year. Hosted stay pages start at Family; they aren't available on Home or the free plan, since we host those pages for you.
What happens to my data if I change plans?
Your properties, records, and files stay in your account. What changes is the limits you're working within.
